Besides Obama's impending visit to India in a few days from now, there is some more significant engagement that the two countries have been developing of late, one that is far closer in immediate relevance to our industry. In a sure sign of revived manufacturing in India and consumerism in USA, both conveniently coinciding trends, India's textile exports to the USA have shown a marked increase this year. It is worth mentioning that USA has always been India's largest single textile market, and this can only be a good sign for the future.
