Eco-Fabrics, clothes, blankets and scarves made from recycled PET botdes by a Taiwanese film are the cynosure of all eyes at the Taiwan Textiles Fairs South Asia 2012 in Bangalore recendy. An initiative of Unique Way Executive International Inc, the goods are made from discarded polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles which provide raw material for finished goods. Felicia Chen, a company executive, displayed an accompanying flow chart showing the process through which these used plastic containers are reborn, morphing them into a totally different form.
