The first interdye asia 2011 exhibition was held in ahmedabad on 8-10 december 2011 at gujarat university convention & exhibition centre, ahmedabad. Mr. Narendra modi, hon. Chief minister of gujarat inaugurated the exhibition on 7th december 2011. in his address, mr. Modi stated that many developed countries are averse to enter into the dyestuff business due to the issuance of hazardous waste. Gujarat should now target the global markets instead of focusing only on the domestic market. The more the asian countries work together, the better impact they can make on the global map, mr. Modi declared.
