On April 1, 2010, Pulcra Chemicals bought the former DyStar production facilities for textile, fiber and leather auxiliaries in Geretsried, Germany. The company will start production in May 2010.rnPulcra Chemicals has acquired the DyStar Geretsried site four months after production was halted due to reasons of insolvency.
