Optimal integration of individual systems installed in a textile finishing operation results in process safety and increases reproducibility.rnThe benefit: fewer additions, shorter machine cycle times, fewer complaints.rnAll this contributes to an increase in efficiency and profitability and long term to a reduction in cost within the production chain.rnA difficult task in the textile finishing industry is often the general integration of all systems deployed, resulting in linking all process steps, creating a common data-base and creating highest possible reproducibility. Often, "island solutions" are used, having no or only limited connection to the next process step. Areas like laboratory, color kitchen, dosing station, dissolving station, continuous, discontinuous machines, production management and ERP systems have no interface to each other and they use systems, designed only for this special area.
