摘要

Nowadays the importance of transferability of laboratory dyeing to the shop floor is a steadily growing requirement. Any modern dyehouse can compete in today's economic situation when their goods are of high quality. Good laboratory equipment together with well-trained staff is an optimum condition for a good transferability to the shop floor. Knowledge and know-how about the important parameters help to avoid the most frequent errors. These parameters and its influences must be observed carefully and by application of suitable measures, the laboratory results will be in accordance with those of production. The most important fact is that the production conditions must be reproduced in the laboratory. The laboratory must meet the production conditions and then constantly ensure that the process conditions remain the same in both cases. Finally such multiple reproductions of bulk conditions in the lab also allows the transfer from lab to bulk. Cotton yarn dyeing is becoming critical day to day due to the market requirement.
