Every time I think about the post-quota regime, I wonder if there is anything that I could highlight in my editorials that has not been spoken about before, considering that every alternate conversation in the textile industry revolves around this subject. However, no sooner had I vowed not to bore my readers with any more on this matter that I came upon a few snippets in a leading magazine that highlighted another major pitfall in our quest to become a globally competitive textile exporter - our transportation facilities.
