The U.S. Commerce Department has preliminarily determined that Chinese producers of synthetic indigo are dumping in the US market. As a result of the finding, importers of Chinese indigo will have to post additional bonds or cash deposits ranging from 78.35 -129.60% of the value of the merchandise.
