The transport operators' landscape is set to evolve considerably in 2021, with changes being brought in following Brexit, including the incoming London DVS. With this in mind, it has never been more important to have a robust and comprehensive fleet management solution in place. That is why leading logistics company Cargo Express chose AssetGo to streamline its daily defect reporting and maintenance procedures for its fleet of 110 plus assets, which includes artics, 7.5-tonne and 12.5-tonne curtainsiders, trailers, vans and forklift trucks. Neil Buckley, compliance manager at Cargo Express, says: "Using AssetGo has made our driver daily checks process much more efficient and comprehensive. It's enabled us to streamline and consolidate our internal systems, with vehicle checks, defects and maintenance scheduling now all done on one platform. We now have greater transparency on fleet costs and can see exactly where fleet budget is being spent."
