We've all been there. Settling down to read an article on a website while on a train, plane or in a remote location, only to be stopped in your tracks by the dreaded 'No connection' message. It needn't be this way. As we'll explain, with a bit of forward planning you can make web pages available even when you're offline.DOWNLOAD WEB PAGES WITHIN YOUR BROWSERThe simplest way to download a web page to read offline is to save it within your browser when you're online. Using Chrome on an Android device, load the page you want to save, tap the Menu button (three dots) at the top right, then the download button (down arrow with underline). To view all the pages, go back to Menu and tap Downloads.
