Q A few months ago, the hard drive on my Acer Aspire PC packed up. Acer replaced it, but now PowerPoint 2016 won't open. I've tried the troubleshooter, but it says it's an 'Incompatible program'. As I am paying for this feature as part of my Office 365 subscription, can I ask Acer to replace the hard drive again?
