摘要

Recent versions of Microsoft Office include sophisticated features for people to collaborate on documents. However, these are aimed at business people connected to corporate computer networks and, as such, they're not the easiest tools to set up and use. But Cloud Connect is a simple free alternative that works with Word, Excel and Powerpoint versions 2003,2007 and 2010. Once Cloud Connect is installed a new toolbar will appear in Office applications: just invite one or more people to work on a document with you and then the changes will be automatically synchronised between the different computers. In this workshop we'll show how to set up Cloud Connect, and then collaborate on a simple document.
