UK internet users could find their access to sites such as Youtube blocked as a result of a surprise amendment to the Digital Economy Bill.rnAmendment 120a, voted into the already deeply controversial Bill by the House of Lords, has caused dismay and anger among internet service providers (ISPs) and internet freedom organisations. The Internet Service Providers' Association (Ispa) said it was "outraged" and called the change "misjudged and disproportionate".
