There are times when it's useful to capture an image of what is displayed on your computer screen, either for printing out or for use in another application.rnFor example, capturing an image of a Windows error message and pasting it into an email can help a technical-support person diagnose PC problems. Similarly, it may be useful to include screenshots in a presentation or document that you are preparing. Alternatively, you might want to print out whatever is on screen for your own reference. All versions of Windows offer the ability to capture screenshots for these purposes and we will show you how in this Workshop. We will also look at how to improve Windows' own screen-capture facility using a free tool called Gadwin Printscreen.
