Developments with the Chartered Information Technology Professional qualification encourage us to reconsider our understanding of our profession. Our professional community is founded in our deep understanding of the complex technologies in our toolbox and it exists to provide solutions to our stakeholders' needs: fit-for-purpose, validated and appropriate. The challenges we face are defined by our context, by our clients and by other stakeholders.
