Italian-based equipment manufacturer Tecno 3 has confirmed the release of its Multiprocess C.The new mini-line has been designed for producing small volumes of chocolate. Starting from the cocoa nibs grinding, the process develops through ingredients dosing and mixing, then refining and conch-ing, up to the chocolate to be moulded.The mixed product then descends into its refiner system. It then proceeds to a special tilted conveyor belt that feeds it into the upper inner part of the powerful evaporation tower, where the conching process takes place; then it returns into the refiner to start a new cycle. As soon as the chocolate has reached the desired results in terms of fineness and taste, the process is complete.
