CasaLuker is a large Colombia-based family owned business that has now been an established chocolate manufacturer for 110 years. In 2010, the company decided to offer a new alternative for chocolatiers and for the global food industry, using the differentiation offered by Fino de Aroma Cocoa quality, the traceability of the beans and sustainability for the cocoa farmers. For its entire range of chocolates, CasaLuker only uses Fino de Aroma cocoa beans, one of its signature lines being a range of Single Origin chocolates from the Colombian regions of Tumaco, Huila, Santander and Arauca.
