Wild Flavors and Univar are to market and distribute a range of Sunwin stevia products, Wild taste modification technologies and other sweetening blends in Europe and the Middle East. Univar will market and sell the products initially within the approved French and Swiss markets and then throughout Europe as authorisations are granted. Fabiana Matucci, vice president of strategic business unit management at Rudolf Wild, says, "Market interest surrounding the use of stevia in products within Europe indicates that we have come to the market at the right time."
