Ahost of state and local dignitaries, customers, fellow suppliers, press, and other well-wishers were on hand November 3rd to help dedicate the opening of the new 35,000 sq. ft. PCMC Technology Center at Paper Converting Machinery Co.'s Glory Rd. (Green Bay, WI) facility. Representing a $5 million investment, the demonstration center showcases nonwo-vens and flexographic machinery for customer inspection and use. Gearless flexographic presses at the center include a 50" wide Infmiti~(TM) C.I. press, and a 26" wide Evolution~(TM) in-line press. Nonwovens machinery includes a new Clipper RX-200C~(TM) wipes system, and a new lab line that demonstrates PCMC's capabilities to unwind, emboss, wet, print, fold, rewind, cut, and coat a wide range of nonwovens substrates.
