The studies presented above allow us to draw the following conclusions: 1. Independent of the latitude of the point of observation the activity of Pc1 pulsations has inverse dependence on the level of solar activity (it is in antiphase with the number of sunspots). 2. The highest activity of Pc1 pulsations is observed at latitudes close to the projection of the plasmapause onto the Earth's surface (L ~ 3). 3. Pulsations with periods of 0.3-0.5 s are observed only at mid-latitude observatories and have a tendency to 22-year recurrence. 4. Large statistical data set confirms the tendency of increasing number of cases of Pc1 with period T > 2 s when the latitude of the point of observation increases and of increasing number of cases of Pc1 with period T < 2s when the latitude decreases. 5. One should take it for granted that the ratio n_p_α is the main factor of the solar wind that determines the character of cyclic variation of Pc1 activity.
