In an earlier paper, I attempted to resolve the source or cause of various periodic terms found in a study of East Coast earthquakes first discussed by Weems and Perry. While many periods were induced by known planets, many others resulted from the influence of previously proposed additional outer planets. Since then, I have extended the Complete Bagby Transform (CBT) to include any number of data pairs. Here I present some of the results of a study of all 114 East Coast earthquakes above magnitude 5.0. These results are used as one form of my available set of "gravitational antennas".
