摘要

An article in IBM RTF format (Rich Text Format) or in Word for Windows text editor format of any version must be submitted to the editorial board by e-mail or on a disk. In addition, it is necessary to submit two paper copies of the article typed using double spacing with indication of the UDC index, including an annotation, tables, list of references, figures, and summaries (6-8 lines) in Russian, Ukrainian, and English (the latter must include key words and stable professional word combinations); it is compulsory to furnish the address and e-mail that will be indicated in the journal.
