摘要

The characteristics of the effect of genotypes of cultivated and wild-growing ancestors of sunflower on crossability indices and development of hybrid embryos under in vitro conditions were studied. It is shown that selection of the parent material can considerably affect the ability to set achenes and development of embryos in vitro in a group of crosses of cultivated sunflower with annual and perennial wild species. It was established that the number of plant regenerants obtained by somatic embryogenesis and adventitious shoot formation was higher than with direct growing of embryos in vitro.
