摘要

As a result of an experiment on gamma fusion of mesophil protoplasts of a chlorophyll-deficient mutant of Lycopersicon peruvianum and a transplastome plant of Solanum rickii in a selection containing the antibiotics spectinomycin and streptomycin, hybrid plants are obtained possessing transformed chloroplasts of S. rickii and the nuclear genome of L. peruviana. These observations are confirmed by the results of polymerase chain reaction analyses.
