Lately, makers of dips and spreads have been making a name for themselves among the dairy category.rnFor starters, Future Food Brands, Carrollton, Texas, introduced a flurry of flavor profiles, including Smoked Sockeye Salmon spread (with omega-3s), Buffalo Blue Cheese dip and Smokey Bacon Crab dip, with several more in the works for the end of the year, such as a Lobster and Seafood spread.rn"People will always entertain for some type of occasion, which makes our products viable year-round through economic highs and lows," says Emily Alfano, director of marketing and new product development.
