Sidel uses stretch blow-molding technology for plastic containers. Itsblow-moldingmachines are called SBO machines (bi-orientation technology). Sidel's portfolio includes linear machines (up to 7,200 bottles an hour) and rotative machines (from 12,000-64,600 bph). Container sizes range from 0.2-10 liters (about 6.8 ounces to 2.6 gallons). In addition to using the material polyethylene terephtalate, the machinery can also produce RPET, BioPET, Polypropylene - PR, Polylactic Acid - PLA and stretch-blow molded HDPE (high-density polyethylene) bottles.
