Old Home Foods, Minneapolis, has introduced its own brand of organic milk sourced from Minnesota farmers. The St. Paul dairy company has long been a processor of cottage cheese and sour cream, not milk. Vice President Dave Holdsworth told the St. Paul Pioneer Press the move will help Old Home stay competitive after a difficult year in which it closed its plant to outsource its processing.
