The dairy industry is constantly evolving and innovating to meet new consumer demands. In recent years we have seen an increasing number of requests for low sugar reformulation and solutions for clean-label and plant-based dairy alternatives across all categories, which have been compounded by the corona-virus pandemic. However, with new trends come new challenges. The increased consumer demand for cleaner labels can be particularly challenging for formulators. At Tate&Lyle, we have been expanding our CLARIA® Clean Label Starches line to offer a number of solutions to meet the different needs of food manufacturers. The latest addition to our portfolio is CLARIA EVERLAST®, which is ideally suited to building texture and viscosity in fruit preparations used in yoghurts.
