In this issue, we present the Supplier Profiles, a compendium of equipment and ingredients suppliers to the industry, ranging from process machinery to items to put in your dairy product to keep up with the latest in consumer trends. It all starts after page 28 and covers everything from Admix to Wehrle. I always find it fascinating to see the breadth and depth of the dairy industry, as the companies supplying it range from the smaller firms to giant multinationals. No matter where you sit on the supply chain, there is something for you on these pages. It's also something to bring with you on your holidays for reading and shopping, wherever you land this year. Another focus of this issue is the new president of the European Dairy Association, Guiseppe Ambrosi. The EDA continues to be a key player in the European lactosphere and the work on helping dairy reduce its environmental footprint will be a highlight of his tenure - although he has already been in the industry for decades as the CEO of Ambrosi SpA. See our interview with him on page 27.
