For 2017, we have more speakers on the programme than ever before, ensuring the two-day event is full of information and inspiration. There will be representation from dairy companies including Nestlé, Fonterra, Yili, DMK, Arla and Royal Friesland Campina and many more. Opening the event, Judith Bryans, the chief executive at Dairy UK and newly appointed president of the International Dairy Federation, will be discussing 'Clean Label in Dairy'.
