I have always enjoyed food and developed a love of cooking from a young age. This passion led me to study food, nutrition and health at the University of Huddersfield. During my course, I found that product development within the food industry really interested me and that's how I came to work for Synergy Flavours. When I first joined, I worked in savoury flavours on a range of products including seasonings, blends, pastes and dairy solutions. I then moved to work at High Wycombe last July, and began working on dairy flavours full-time.
