Taiyo has introduced a new, highly bioavailable iron fortification ingredient, SunActive Fe-P80L. It is an EFSA-ap-proved ingredient, specially developed for use in baby foods. SunActive Fe-P80L is stable in manufacture and does not affect the taste or appearance of the finished product, according to the company.
