Merging cheese and butter in prepacked self-service slices is the new Buttjer from DMK (formerly Nordmilch) brand Milram. Milram, which claims a 6% increase in sales within the German cheese market last year, says Buttjer continues the successful emphasis on regional north German production with increased transparency.
