German yogurt and dairy dessert specialist Zott is backing more demand for Italian desserts with the launch of new cream yogurts containing panna cotta and mascarpone this spring.rnThe 150g portions include strawberry and blueberry flavoured cream yogurt/panna cotta creations. Even more exotic are the Zot: introductions with mascarpone under its "La Dessert" range with the choice of spring mascarpone on apri-rncots "a la Venezia" or the Italian fermented cream cheese presented on a mousse of blueberry-grappa-cassis. Mascarpone content is a guaranteed 4%, with total fat content of 10%.
