I joined Nampak Plastics early in 2009, following 19 years working in the dairy industry in both technical and operational roles, including 11 years at Arla, during which I was Nampak's lead contact for around three years. Joining Nampak at a time when the company was embarking on a range of initiatives for improving customer service has meant I've been able to contribute insights and expertise to the business from the customer's viewpoint. Poacher turned gamekeeper, as some might say.
