Alliance Fluid Handling, a new player on the dairy equipment market in the UK, supplying spare pares, service, new and used process machinery, was set up in 2008 by Adam Chambers and Ray Lilley. Between them they have a combined experience of 16 years working in the food and beverage processing industries. Chambers was previously involved in selling new and used processing equipment, while Lilley was working in spare part sales. Between them, they had the main areas covered in order to set up on their own, Chambers notes.
