摘要

Merger and acquisition analysis presents some of the more interesting challenges in business librarianship. I've enjoyed researching and writing about it in the past as well as learning from colleagues such as John Marcus, Michael Halperin, and Marydee Ojala, who have explored in the past the complexities of researching M&A deals. Aside from assisting the occasional student or faculty member with their M&A research, it's a topic I haven't delved into much in the last few years. A major reason for this was M&A activities among M&A information providers.
