At 25, the Republic of Turkmenistan is making tremendous development in every sphere of its national life. Despite the regional economic meltdown, its macro-economy is strong, stable and sustainable and despite regional political chaos, its political system and governance is unblemished. It is indeed an icon of "neutrality".
