This organisation has a key role to improve the image of your country in the Western World and also to close the gap between civilisations. In that we are receiving a rough ride particularly from the international media which is leaving no stone unturned to show all the pathetic and dismal images of Pakistan to the outside world. There is a background to this and you cannot do much about it but we do feel justified in expecting from you to bring an end to the culture of tolerating unshaven and bushy faces in the Pakistan Army. Because the only difference we can spot on a TV screen between a soldier's and the terrorist's face is that the former puts on a uniform cap and the later is seen with a filthy turban on the top.
