The slogans of 'Rising and Shining India' can only be achieved through integrated mioro and macro economic policies, which should be people and investment friendly. High levels of population growth and deteriorating law and order situation in Incia may be potential threats to its economic prpsperity. Rising spending on defence would be main hurdle in achieving people revolution.
