Last two years have seen quite dramatic changes in Iraq and its surroundings. The quick military victory of US forces stunned the Muslims and especially Arabs. The apathy, depression and anger immediately settled in. The start of armed resistance against US troops and indiscriminate carnage with bombings of public places, mosques and innocent civilians put Iraq quickly back on international scene. This gave grief to America but provided some solace to deeply angry rest of the world especially Muslims and Arabs.
