Specialising in the application of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Rmada Ltd identifies engineering failure management requirements, both on legacy equipment and as part of integrated logistic support (ILS) activities. The methods for assessing engineering spare gear and other stores required to support the navy are as varied as the number of years for which a solution has been sought. Rmada is developing a method of assessing spare gear requirements using information available in the Unit Maintenance Management System (UMMS) and the Integrated UMMS Environment (IUE).
