Dr Stefan T. Possony, in 1976, identified a phenomenon of the deliberate destruction of entire cultures, tribes, civilizations, and social groupings; a conscious program which particularly attached to the urban globalist movement of Soviet communists. It was a process mirrored, but distorted, by the Maoists of the People's Republic of China (PRC). But it is also a phenomenon promoted in the 21st Century by the "universalism" of the post-Cold War, urban-dominated phenomenon of globalism.
