In the original publication of “Thrombolysis for acuteischemic stroke: does it work?—the con position,” theCompeting Interests section incorrectly stated that theauthor, Chris Johnstone, was declaring financial benefitfrom Boehringer Ingelheim. This was not the case. Theasterisked authors cited throughout the article (Wardlaw,Hacke et al., Wahlgren et al., Hill et al., and Albers et al.)had financial conflicts of interest, not the author of thearticle. The CJEM editors regret this error.
