Background: To achieve better outcomes of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair for irreparable massive rotator cuff tear, using biologic grafts may reduce the tension at repaired site of tendon which consequently decrease re-tear rate. The purpose of this study is to assess the results of arthroscopic bridging graft in irreparable massive rotator cuff tear using long head of biceps tendon or allogenic dermal patch.
