摘要

A carbon paste electrode modified by Losartan was used for detection of dopamine (DA). Themodified electrode exhibited strong promoting effect and stability towards the electrochemicaloxidation of DA in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) at pH 7.0. The effects of scan rate, concentration,-7and pH have been studied. The detection limit of the modified carbon paste electrode was 1 x 10 Mfor dopamine. The preparation of the modified electrode is very easy and renewed by simple polishinggave very good reproducibility, high stability in its voltammetric response and low detection limit forDA.
