摘要

In this study, Eu3+ and Y3+ double doped ZrO2, that is Zr0.88Y0.08Eu0.04O2-α (ZYE) electrolyte wassynthesized by the chemical precipitation method. The low melting point glass powder (glass) wasused as an additive to ZYE electrolyte for intermediate temperature SOFC after heated at 700 °C for 2h. The phase composition and microstructure of the Zr0.88Y0.08Eu0.04O2-α-low melting point glasspowder (ZYE-glass) composite electrolyte were observed by XRD and SEM. The effects of gasatmosphere, operating temperature, time and the partial pressure of oxygen on the ionic conductivity ofthe ZYE-glass composite electrolyte were also studied at 400–800 °C.
