摘要

DNA methylation is one of the most studied epigenetic modifications of DNA. The methylation at C-5position of cytosine has been proved to be related to a wide range of biological phenomena. Therefore,it is very important to develop a simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable method for DNA methylationanalysis. In this paper, the electrochemical biosensors for assays of DNA methylation andmethyltransferase activity are reviewed.
