摘要

To modification of electrochemical biosensors greatly approaches have been done based on Agnanoparticles (AgNPs) included electrode. In this review we will focus on production, classificationand application of AgNPs toward glucose and hydrogen peroxide biosensors. It is well known that Agis the best conductor among metals and so AgNPs may assist more efficient electron transfer thanother nanoparticles in biosensors. The exclusive properties of AgNPs (e.g. improved mass transport,high surface area, enhanced signal-to-noise ratio) can frequently be useful in electrochemicalbiosensors. The goal of this paper is to provide an updated summary of the works in this field and theworks have been done summarized together with the outcome of electrochemical analysis.
