摘要

This review is a result of the literature survey concerning the possibility of copper corrosionprevention. Focus is on the efficiency obtained using various organic compounds as corrosioninhibitors in numerous conditions. Several groups of compounds are found to be particularly importantsuch as: azoles, purine and derivatives and amino acids. On the other hand plant extracts and naturalproducts also have prominent positions in these studies. There are some new methods of inhibitorapplication and new investigating techniques as well as the novel research approaches developedrecently.
